Reverse splits are perceived as bad because so many sham companies in OTC land issue so much toxic dilutive debt that they need to “reset” a higher price so they can just do it all over again. Rinse and repeat.

Doesn’t seem to be the case here with goal of uplisting to Nasdaq. You need a higher price to attract the big money.

Also, OTC stocks that are foreign issues (“F”) generally have a lot more credibility in my experience.
