Over 2 to 1 on the sell side the pump is on to sell those 17.5 mily shares right at a time when penny longs have an opportunity to get out without a loss , unless a bunch of heavy hitter's force a manipulated run and buy up those 17.5 million shares on the ask the weight of those shares will only add that much more downward pressure on the SP and there really isn't anything on the horizon to attract heavy hitters ,N.S. Doesn't have money to rebuild much less buy back any shares,there's apparently zero data to back up their claims and the longer the fire investigation takes the more likely it's turning into something other than a simple accident ...., folks we're in an OTC train wreck.
