As regards the relist/uplist whatever process VDRM is now engaged in (or so they say), the attorney letter really doesn't SAY anything - there is no material content. It is just a yes/no kind of thing - it does not say anything about VDRM's legitimacy (other than that they are following the required process) or potential.
Search iHub for "attorney letter" and you will find hundreds of posts linking to an attorney letter filed by various companies as they try to uplist/relist. Click a few of them - they are the same except for the name of the company, name of the law firm and the dates involved.
It is just a box that needs to be checked off before certain other steps can proceed.
If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
