I think that is the key...the pr was not issued by mrkr and they had no responsibility for its inaccuracies. Plus the corrected pr was very soon after. I think mrkr is in the clear...all imho. Also I know mrkr will cross all their t’s and dot all their i’s to make very sure they are in compliance.
