This PR put out by SOLI was total BS imho...

I don't believe SOLI management is talking with a "Wall Street" firm. This line is TOTAL BS imho, because you'd never be allowed to discuss ongoing negotiations publicly!

According to company president, Josh Flood, "The name change is something management has desired for 11 months. It became a higher priority after a recent meeting at CareClix between management and a managing partner of a top 5 Wall Street investment bank.



That's part of the reason, I think, the SEC stepped in...
