I was aware of the AARP/United at tier 4; so you say this is also true for United across the board for below age 65 -- but truly your general quote is irrelevant as any person below 65 can avail self of the $9 coupon for 90 day supply.

Big difference between $9 (plus what?) and $366 after a $100 quantity discount (United) for picking up 90 day rather than a 30 day supply.

So true price range, from other posts, is $140 to $155, 30 days (barring the North pricing exception/company subsidy not available to 50%- plus of market). IMO.
