Settlement does not reinstate patents. Nothing stopping anyone else from coming to market except appeal overturn or supply lockup /cost of launching and FDA verifying your ability and quality. Plus an ANDA approval. The cost to manufacture and the quality required to be proven are biggly considerations for the generics esp with AMRN stopping the advertising. Parasitic relationship helps v possibly more than any other drug due to ROI.
