It's very unfortunate what happened here.
In my eyes it seems like a simple misunderstanding. Considering all these suspensions have the same wording about questions arising or accuracy of information, I wouldn't be surprised if no real investigation took place. Suspensions do a ton of damage to a company, it's reputation and it's shareholders.
Knowing this type of damage, we, as investors, not just in SOLI but every stock, should demand more information on suspensions. Questions arose about the accuracy? What kind of questions? What kind of investigation took place knowing that the SEC's DC employees have been working from home since early March? Did the SEC reach out to SOLI at all asking questions? Did they respond? What was uncovered during the investigation?
SOLI wasn't even mentioned in the TV interview. The interview felt more like a information session on Telemedicine rather than a "this is what our company can provide to you."
It's tough to say what actually happens going forward. We've been surprised at every turn with these guys, and despite everyone claiming to know, we don't actually know. I can hope for this, you can hope for that, but in the end we'll just have to see what happens. I won't be hanging around this board much, never a fan of the "I told you so" bunch. No point in kicking people while they are down, but for others its a hobby.
