I'd made a mistake in my initial post on that topic as it's not just Linda's and Cognate's 81,420,410 that look to expire on May 2. I posted a new post delineated my revised numbers on that.

But to recap, and go into more detail.

There were a total of about 107,955,474 total D-1 and D-2 warrants held by shareholders.

So far, 75,616,995 warrants have been extended by about up to a year, and certainly past May 2. But I am pretty sure these included whatever warrants those shareholders held, so not just D-1 and D-2 warrants.

Additionally, on March 7, 2018, there were 92,880,721 warrant that were modified in exchange for those warrants not being exercised prior to the Special Meeting to raise the ceiling. Now this is the important part. First, none of those were tied to the D-1 and D-2 warrants because those warrants were not exercisable at that time. Second, the NEW expiration dates for those warrants were set from September 15, 2018 to June 30, 2020. In other words, all 92,880,721 of those warrants will have expired by end of June this year.

There were an additional 31.34 million warrants extended on March 15, 2018, but those dates ranged from April 16, 2019 to August 1, 2023, so probably a good number of those will remain in play.

Potential Breakdown

359,500,000 current count of outstanding warrants (according to the 10k)

minus 75,616,995 extended warrants past (in recent financings)

equal 283,883,005

minus 92,880,721 warrants modified and reduced in exercise price on March 15, 2018 - all to expire by June 30, 2020

equal 191,002,284 remaining

If LP's and Cognate's D-1 and D-2 warrants expire on May 2, 2020 as well, that would equal

minus 81,420,410

would leave about 109,581,874 (I think) warrants remaining after May 2, 2020 and June 30,2020
