Kev. I think poster rmitra is providing a very clear analysis .
I had read the Mori study when it was mentioned in the Markman blogs .....but dismissed it because it was such a small trial and some of the data was ( from memory ) non significant ...ie statistically high risk that the data was due to chance .

My guess is that poster rmitra knows more about statistical significance in clinical trial results ....than Judge Du ....and would expect Amarins attorneys to really focus on this in their appeal
