This is a good as place as any to start some research you can do.
Although the original owner sold his BC website to a larger corporation, Some of the tools are still legit. mbytes is still capable in it's free program and combo fix has been around for a long time as well. Amerisoft and super are more newer, sponsored software by the new owner and I have no experience with them. Because the corp owner is promoting them, I myself wouldn't use them without further research.

You have a bad malware now on your system and will need some experienced help to clean it up. I am not that experienced help though.

Also, do a search with the programs name only and you should get returns about it being a scam and maybe links to remove it. What is the actual name of the software you downloaded. No links please to the site.

Redit is also a good forum for malware. Look for links to those forums.
