I just looked briefly at the Eutectix website. I saw nothing that indicates that they can manufacture anything. They make specialty alloys like Materion, who has given them a license to make BMG. It would seem that the materials they make would have to go to a manufacturer that has the machines and expertise to manufacture parts. No-one has mentioned a domestic manufacturer that works with LQMT, so I still don't know how the company will make anything outside of China going forward.

One question: I have seen NDAs mentioned frequently here as a reason we haven't heard from Li (or anyone, for that matter). I can see a customer not wanting to show competitors what they're planning to market in the near future, but is there any justification for an NDA prohibiting the company from just telling their stockholders "we are still in business and expect to remain in that status in the future"?
