COVID-19 is no excuse for a nothingburger ASM and here is why:

They announced weeks ago that the ASM would be interesting which means they knew what the news would be THEN and were simply timing the release of said news.

If somehow they had news that in good faith should have come in and got disrupted by COVID-19 then they have an obligation to tell us NOW or rather as soon as they knew and not to make us wait to the ASM and once again say;
