However I understand now better than I did earlier that this case depends on the judges assigned to it.

It is true regarding Amarin "strongest" (acc. to eightisenough) argument: Du's procedural error.

However, regarding the "irrelevant" (acc. to eightisenough), the factual errors (in connection with Kurabayashi) is not.
