Call the number on OTC [phone] that is the number to the New Ceo Mr Lee he is the guy I talked to. The prior CEO Anthony Lombardo will not be the CEO once this M&A closes. He has a wealth of Information about his Companies in China. Anthony could be saying no RS but I’m telling you Mr Lee stated a 10 for 1 RS and the new SP will be .54 it’s not that big of a deal changes nothing. He also stated each shareholder will receive an additional $2.50 per share because starting on April 15 he will be selling shares of the new Chinese Stock at $3.00 per share. Now how he is going to do that I have no idea. Hard to believe someone besides myself want call Mr Lee to see what in the heck he is talking about it’s in your best Interest. I’m trying to figure out if it’s legit so I can buy the Stock. He stated his bank in China has 20 Bil in Assets. But to be clear this is not the American Ameritrust Corporation worth over 40 Billion Dollars. If this Chinese Portfolio is worth just 100 Mil it’s still a great opportunity need to find out what is exactly going on here.
