Lol. He can’t do that. This is the most basic investor information. If he disclosed any material forward looking info to one shareholder he would be breaking Reg FD and be busted.

What he can disclose is everything that has already been publicly disclosed, nothing more. When future dilution comes, all shareholders will find out.
