If they are using this new formulation for which the lower mgs equate to blood concentrations of the prior 30 mg and 50 mg doses of the prior formulation it solves both puzzles and further explains the large batch of new pills.

If bioavailability is improved due to reformulation then 50 mg would probably be well beyond MTD imho.
