I am favor to settlement with fair amount, yes, it is guaranteed win, I got lesson from VRNG won at trial but big lost in the end. Settlement early we have more time to sue other infringers and move on the business , if settlement at least we can save 1 year, compare to a trial, it takes longer and may see more appeals.
