BB, catching up on posts. I was just thinking yesterday of where is DTC ads green light? I was thinking, even under current conditions, AMRN has to really push the DTC ads when they have the go-ahead. I mean REALLY push it! That is our bread and butter from way back from Sept 24, 2018. We have to let the US market know what we are all about. We have appealed the patent ruling and this won't effect our marketing efforts and prescription growth in the near term. If an ANDA is filed for generics we will file an injunction to quell that. We will be coming out of Covid with DTC ads hitting the airwaves. People are not going to be thinking "but they just lost a generic patent for Marine label, so I'll just wait". No, they will be adding Vascepa to their prescription regimen. Revenues are going to be there. All the legal stuff will take a backseat for the near term 2020 IMO. It will be continue business as usual and "roll this puppy out" to the US market. Like I said I'm just trying to catch up on posts and I found your post as a possible "tell tale" sign of DTC green light. That is a GOOD thing, I just wish we were able to DTC as soon as label expansion by FDA, that would have been game changing, but Covid still would have been on it's way. This may be perfect timing. Just the damned court decision has gummed up the works to no end. Thanks for keeping us posted. More reading today as get a chance trying to catch up. I waited all day Friday for a dip back into $5s to load up more with my thinking they were going to pin it at $6 for some reason. Let's hope we see more clarity on Monday CC regarding EU and at some point, like you say, they will have to value EU market at some point, which I don't think they are at all. Have good one!
