Seeing they made the Series A Preferred stock for voting rights, tells me they are going to sell stock eventually, the stocks tied to 1 million loan isn't subject to r/s. So can connect enough dots, but this stock isn't dead by any means. I got out as it started to stink. I could be wrong and it cost me dearly in losses. But always can get back in when they provide better direction. Still pop in to see if nay progress has been made.
