facts are facts regardless of the success of the Manipulation team of suppressing the PPS to a value far below its actual worth, the company is owned by a very small number of investors and is not yet on the radar of the general investing public, they need to rid themselves of the LPC financing. at the current PPS they need to "tap" ON AVERAGE of 60,000 shares/day to fund the Operating Budget giving the M-team an overwhelming selling pressure advantage to game the PPS

May 2017 the PPS went to 1.86 and LWLG at that time had an UNPACKAGED 25Gb modulator, NOT OPTIMIZED, and with NO RELIABILITY TESTS and Lebby taking the Helm as CEO, this was a market capitalization of nearly $200 million and this was BEFORE all of these developments,

2) added dozens of patents
3) advanced speeds to beyond 100Gb
4) packaged devices with Packaging Partner
5) proven manufacturing ability "Chips/Quarter"
6) completed Successful R/T on PkM Gen 2 100Gbs device
7) engaged with Customer base throughout the Supply Chain
8) gotten DEEP onto Tier 1's Customer Design-In Cycle
9) beat out Intel, Infinera, Broadcom & Rockley
10) gotten LWLG onto International Roadmap of Photonics
11) gotten into a lab facility with twice the size that accommodates both material and device developments
12) acquired LMRA/GIG/BrP
13) Co-developed 110Ghz test equipment with Keysight
14) created an Advisory Board
15) LWLG named 1 of 4 Main Photonics Industry Platforms by EPIC Technology Director

In his presentation, Dr. Lebby explained that these materials are poled into a metastable state in order to activate their data-carrying characteristics. The data confirmed that the engineering of the new material resulted in higher stability.

One would reasonably think that a "supposed" shareholder claiming to be holding 100's of thousands of shares for over 17 years would know the simplest of FACTS about LWLG like this one above, personally I did DD upfront before buying into the LWLG technology and understood this FACT about its seamless integration with Legacies from Day 1, it was one of the strong selling points for me, the other was the excellent STABILITY of the Perk
