If share is converted , outstanding shares will be in 65 million range , that is why PPS is going down. So bottom is............................ 1,5-2 cents before SIIR selling. Hardly it will be possible to sell SIIR before spring , but in May they can start to dilute again so as O/S is 500 million.

It was my mistake to think that bottom is reached....
