What will the MMA say if rumors coming up that the company - better to say: the two guys who running this company, cause we are the company- that is making the film NS is under investigation of fraud?
Let me define FRAUD in this matter!
1. James told us in June 2006 that the outstanding shares will not be increased for one year after Imperia diluted the common shares 20new/1old. At the same time preferred holders have had the right to convert preferred to common shares as of the end of 2006. They have done it now but he said in June: we will not increase the OS... Its fraud IMO.
2. Why has Imperia rolled back the common shares but not the old outstanding preferred shares 1new/500old. Who are these preferred holders who now can convert 500 times the common as they could before the RS? Is this fraud again? IMO YES.
I will make this public to SEC, to the financing community and to possible film partners. US law defines rules also for Pink Sheet companies. You can not do everything. I have confidence that they will stopped by US law.
