To be clear: w appeal status in question best time for a deal is now

Europe/Row have real value
CVR for US (fair for both sides)

The cvr has no risk for BP unless market can be captured. If appeal is lost then only us value is combo pill and Vascepa line extensions (DES, Nash, Alzheimer’s) in reality they carry little cash value now. We can debate that but BP will see long runway there

If appeal is win then cvr can result in win win scenario


Disclosure: on Monday I expect JT to say discussions ongoing regarding Europe/RoW, most likely to advance this we need unnam BP ceo to push the envelope otherwise only hope is BoD is pushing JT. (Which May be the case, according to some)
