Slightly off LQMT, saw this on another stock (NEXCF) but think I have seen it here too. Level 2 bids and ask listed to 9? decimal places. Was under the impression only 4 decimals are allowed below a dollar, 2 above a dollar. Is this MM communicating between each other?
