Ron, looking at my charts; WFCPRZ at Fidelity is now going for 23, Bid 22.81 and asked 23. Trading range today was : 22.08-23.15.
BUT< Buy only on your choice, I do not give buy and sell advice! Everyone must do their own due diligence, since where a stock fit well for one , could be totally bad, even at the same price for another person.
