They can spend $1.4M to buy ~325,000 shares @ $4.30 to keep from exercising.

To me, usually the smart money sells the option since ~85% end up losing is same aspect.

Yes, this is good for LONGS.

Plus, if SP continues to go up, premium declines and can start covering.
