Lem. you can always flip some if it makes you feel better .
I often trade in stages
If I've been fortunate to double my position ...I always sell half...to cover my initial cost . So if I had bt at $4 I'd would probably wait to see if we hit $8 ...and then sell half.
If I'm down 20% on a new buy ..I sell half and re evaluate

This approach has kept me relatively safe over the years
