Probably because the same old people sing the same old loser song that deals can happen and they don't.People get tired of hearing the same old deal messages as much as the negative deal messages but so far the negative messages have been right.

The technology is way beyond the tipping point and is already named in IPSR international road map as the future heartbeat of photonics. So why hasnt anyone scooped us up, made a deal or partnership yet? Thats what is confusing to the same old people.
