The Company is exploring the possibility of uploading its financial records through OTCIQ so that the Company can meet the “alternate reporting standard” for pink sheet companies as instituted by the OTC Markets Group. Alternatively, the Company is also exploring the possibility of becoming SEC Reporting. There is no timeline that has been determined, nor can any estimation be relayed with adequate certainty, pertaining to the aforementioned items.
