It’s probably partially retail. There’s quite a few people that will throw bigger blocks on a merger play if there’s no convertible debt.

If it’s the company, then that’s great. However, I really wish they were SEC filing in that regard.

I’m leaning heavy retail that’s betting on the boom of the merger announcement.
