That is possibly true I know their patent wasn't approved so yes their patent might not be worth shit. but the trademark they do own. Maybe MB can show where they legally bought it and it is legally theirs in the states and in Canada.. And if you can't enforce people infringing on your trademark rights then what is the point of having trademark laws?
