Your excellent analysis of these technical issues may have finally resolved the legal issues I was always trying to resolve.

If you are correct that Refcam is using cable rather than wireless, then we hit the jackpot as to why DUMB DANIEL cannot collect on the lawsuit.

ISee sold DUMB DANIEL the patent rights (obsolete) to a wireless Refcam.

Then.....ISee closed shop and opened under Vicareo Systems with a Refcam operated by cable. Vicareo has the patent rights to the new cable operated equipment and it doesn't violate the old patent.

THAT'S WHY DUMB DANIEL CAN NEVER COLLECT ON HIS JUDGMENT..... VICAREO IS NOT INFRINGING ON WHAT WAS SOLD TO DUMB DANIEL, THEY OPERATE A SEPARATE AND DISTINCT PIECE OF EQUIPMENT OPERATED BY CABLE NOT WIRELESS.
