Firmly believe sale and CVR even if the CVR is only $1 on appeal loss is the way to maximize value out of this mess given the low probability of appeal success. Granted...I’m in the over 50% successful appeal camp. My bias and anger likely are clouding my judgement. But I also think I have not much more to lose anyway.
Sad that we are in a position of selling the company instead of being bought. But that is where we are and JT better frigging understand this and act soon. The titanic is sinking and the captain has not given an announcement on the public address. What the hell. Either they signing papers...thus the silence or they are truly incompetent.
