I believe Amarin intends to file motion for reconsideration. It will be very narrow and limit to Mori as fact only. If Judge allowed Mori, against Amarin objections this will be saved for appeal and any Order she gives to dispose of motion for reconsideration will be further exclaimed on an appeal.

Everyone needs to under DU’s hands are tied at narrow motion for reconsideration based on Mori, if she disposes of order instead of reverses her decision it can only be on topic of Amarin motion.

Mori should have never been allowed, I believe there’s evidence that could be enough to also ask for a new trial...but let’s not go there...or shall we?
