Even Anavex and Dr. Missling do not truly know where things are going until they have the controlled trial data in hand.

Theories, peer research, open label encouraging data, presumptions, inklings, anecdotes, connecting dots etc. is all useful and interesting to inform investment decisions both for the company and its shareholders.

At present it is 10 birds on the roof, whereas controlled readouts might be like the bird in the hand or the BIG fish that got away.
