How does Vascepa 2.0 play into this?

If we lose can they pivot to vascepa 2.0 without a CVOT?

If they win at appeal can they still get considerable upside value on BO because of vascepa 2.0. Even if they win, unless expedited, there is considerable value lost for BP due to patent expiration date.

If they dont need a CVOT for vascepa 2.0 there is strategic and enterprise value that has not be realized yet.

Any thoughts please.
