Well, let’s face it. DBMM is a speck of dust in a huge ocean of companies that the SEC oversees.

Anything is possible.

But like I said, if I ran a company and stopped filing for years? And the SEC sanctioned me for it? After letting DBMM off the hook, with NO SANCTION??

ANY good lawyer could beat the SEC, after setting THAT precedent.

The SEC would lose control over companies not filing.

As small and INSIGNIFICANT DBMM is, still, the precedent set by letting them off would be used by ALL fly-by-night companies like them. I don’t think the SEC is going to allow that to happen.

Whatever happens, it’s obvious that DBMM is a company that is going nowhere fast, and has been in the same mode for 10~15 YEARS.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
