Incidentally, and I would ask Mikenac his impressions...

...now having browsed some of these Circuit Court appeal decisions, I'm not sure you can really say anything about the correlation between who appointed the judge and what stance the judge tends to take on patents.

I've seen Obama judges being patentee protective and Republican judges being more progressive. There's no real correlation.
