It could happen quick too, highest record volume day is only 75k and there's zero dilution... there's only $2m in debt on the books and they're better off carrying that then trying to pay it off and dilute the s/s... lenders will be glad to collect the interest while lesser shares will be needed to dilute equity as the pps rises closer to book vale of $24
