Bloomberg click bait headline vs actual letter. At least that is the way I read what Dimon wrote from the stress testing point of view. Seems the media is competitively drumming the worse outcome, and then there is Roubini. Not surprising that the market is bouncing hard on some early signs of NYC going negative on net admissions at hospitals.
