"As you are aware, the personal goal I set was to have a partner in place by day 180. We received a contract last week....it was not in the best interest of the Company to simply sign it without further negotiation simply to achieve my personal goal of having a partner in place within 180 days. I made the decision to delay it until we have completed finalizing the details. And I fully realize the "heat" is on! However, our team felt that further negotiation is necessary to get the best possible deal for BIEL. No need to leave money on the table just to make the goal. Hopefully by the close of business today we will be in the position to make an announcement. Trust me, no one wants to make an announcement more than I do!"
