Maybe this Favs is separate than the online retailer?

It says in the 8-k, "Pursuant to the Sub-Distribution Agreement, Favs will purchase for resale Products in such quantities as it should need to properly service the market comprised of non-retail customers (the “Authorized Customers”)..."
