Questions for the Board:

Prior to Judge Du's decision,

1) Did JT or anyone on behalf of Amarin publicly state/represent that their intellectual property was secure?

2) Did the company represent in any of their public filings and/or Press Releases that their intellectual property was secure?

Asking for a lawyer who is theorizing about a negligent misrepresentation claim which allows individual shareholders to file direct claims for their losses as compared to derivative claims which are filed on behalf of the company.
