When a lot of people are talking about settlements with generics, will the current settlement with Teva preclude/limit further settlements negotiations? Obviously it will but by how much? Both parties had a meeting to settle and they could not come to agreeable terms per court docs.

I posted an example previously (I do not say it is case law) when the last settlement - all together 6 - move the first settlement by x (3?) yrs. I mean (the dates are for example only) first settlement in 2014 with a launch in 2027 … last settlement in 2016 with a launch in 2025 … moving the first settlement launch into 2025 also ...

Yes, no evidence … but allow a generic to enter when you have a regulatory exclusivity (EU: 10 yrs) and no approval (in 2016 … and as of now) does not make any sense …
