Read mOn post. Getting a grey back on to pinks must go through FINRA compliance. FINRA is not easy to deal with. This took a substantial effort. Why would some one do this? Because they have A PLAN. I have no clue what. 189 million shares trading in one day with so much buying on a stock dormant for 5 years should be enough to make people see something is coming
