I agree with you, and that is almost always how I write legal briefs. But outside of legal briefs, it is perfectly fine to vilify her on a Message Board, especially if there is a basis for that vilification. She deserves to be vilified every bit as much as Chief Justice Roberts for his inexcusable judicial gyration in upholding Obamacare.

She has taken an oath, and has violated that oath, causing cataclysmic, irreparable damage to a lot of good people. That's some serious stuff. I don't believe in tiptoeing around that just because she wears a black robe.
