The "Problem" is most likely PMCB knows and has always known that the previous trials are junk when it comes to the FDA accepting them. IMHO this whole company is built on very very slowly going through the motions of preparing (but never intending) to conduct trials. Doting every legal wording in their PR's Crossing every T in their basic testing and producing material while spending bear minimum all so the money train keeps rolling into Kenny,Carlos and Crabtrees pockets. Keeping it all legal. Scam artist knowing how to work the system a perfect role for a lawyer.
