AZC, your very good friend Alice has appealed to the Third Circuit and rightfully so and you want to talk about sloppy work when the Delaware Appellate Cout Judge would not even address one of her many very relative points and facts.

This Judge should be disbarred with his recent actions regarding Alice's appeal. This, after all, is his job and he just shoved it off of his desk without addressing one single point and/or fact of the appeal. I never saw you address this court and Judge's professionalism like you handicap others...WHY?
