My prediction is that something unexpected happens.

Amarin will file a 1st of it's kind lawsuit, similarly to what they did with their 1A lawsuit. This lawsuit will center around making a mockery out of our legal/regulatory system and destroying innovation.

Maybe not a lawsuit but I see some government agency stepping in and making it right. Don't know exactly what it will be but it will be something unique.
